Charles Kirkpatrick is the founder of Sermons4Kids and is the author of the sermons that appear on this web site.  He has been a minister of music for over thirty years and also teaches music in school.  For the past fourteen years, he has been the music teacher at the Clyde Elementary School in Clyde, Texas and for the past eighteen years has served as the Minister of Music at the First Baptist Church in Clyde.  Prior to that he was the Minister of Music at the Coronado Baptist Church in El Paso, Texas for fourteen years.  In both of these churches, he has given the children's sermon in the morning worship services.

Since October of 2002, Zulma M. Corchado de Gavalda has been doing Spanish translations for Sermons4Kids.  You can find her translations on the Mensajes para niños page.  In June of 2003, Sermons4Kids began offering a free subscription to the sermon of the week in Spanish. 

Zulma is a minister's wife and she and her husband serve at the Iglesia Presbiteriana de Caparra Terrace in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  She also teaches music and Christian education in the Episcopal Cathedral School in Santurce, Puerto Rico.  Zulma and her husband have two sons, both are students at the University of Puerto Rico.
