|Object:||A familiar picture cut up into three puzzle pieces. Hold up one piece at a time|
|Scripture:||Yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live. 1 Corinthians 8:6 (NIV)|
Can you tell what this is a picture of? What about this piece? Can you tell what it is? What about this third piece?
God is similar to this. There are three parts: God the Father who always was and always will be. He is the Creator and Ruler of the world.
Then there is God the Son. This is Jesus Christ, who was God as man. He came to Earth to Forgive us for our sins and bring us into the kingdom and God.
Then there is God the Holy Spirit. This is the part of God that lives on in each of us when we accept Jesus Christ into hearts as our Savior. (Hold up all three puzzle pieces to complete the picture) But you need all three pieces to get the Whole Picture.
